St. Paul The Apostle Church & Green River Golf Club - Veronica & Jove’s Wedding

I was so excited yet very nervous when the talented Henry of Henry Chen Photography gave me the opportunity to second shoot for him at Veronica and Jove’s special day. I told Henry I was actually more nervous second shooting for him than doing my own wedding with Vanessa the previous week. Not only did I have to show my best for the lovely bride and groom, but now I also had to make sure I was able to provide a good amount of great photos to Henry. I was definitely up for the challenge.

This was the first time I met Veronica and Jove, but the moment we got rolling it felt like we knew each other for a long time. They definitely made me felt comfortable and I was so fortunate to be a part of their wedding. Plus, they were fellow Broncos who also graduated from Cal Poly Pomona (Jove second majored there). This wedding had it all: gorgeous couple, loving families and friends, good food, tons of laughter and a whole lot of crazy dancing.

It was the official start of the NBA playoffs so we couldn’t resist but hit the local park for a game of basketball. There was no stopping Jove today as he was on a mission to score on and off the court.

There were so many special moments throughout the day that at times I found myself in awe and forgetting why I was originally there for. Nothing was better than the great slideshow created by Jove’s cousin; it was definitely one of the best I’ve seen. It was a testament of how strong and passionate Veronica and Jove had for one another. True love in the making. Awesome. Thanks again Veronica and Jove for allowing me to be a part of your special day. Unforgettable. And of course to Henry for giving me the opportunity to tag along and second shoot. Priceless.
